"Marco's Villa Apartment" is an apartment inside a beautiful villa on the hills between Lucca and Viareggio! Perfect for those who like to relax in the countryside, away from the hustle and bustle, but just a few minutes drive from services, restaurants, bars and supermarkets! The villa is located on the top of a hill with a breathtaking view of the Massaciuccoli lake and the sea, and is surrounded by a splendid garden. It can accommodate up to six people. The owner lives on the upper floor, so you are not completely isolated but you can enjoy excellent privacy. Entering from the main entrance we find the parking lot and a large paved square which leads to the living room with open kitchen and double sofa bed, the kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking. In the sleeping area there are a double bedroom, a double with bunk bed and a bathroom with tub-shower with hydromassage. . Outside there is a beautiful equipped garden and the swimming pool for exclusive use from which you can enjoy a fantastic view. The villa has free Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning and private parking!
Important Note!!!!!: The swimming pool has a maximum depth of 2.2 m and the garden has dangerous unevenness, it is absolutely forbidden to leave children unattended outside the house and in the swimming pool! Forbidden to dive into the pool! Pool opening hours from 9am to 8pm!
