La Polla Apartment is an apartment on the ground floor of a single villa immersed in the Tuscan countryside, the owner lives on the upper floor and it is composed of a large living room with two sofas and flat-screen TV and an open kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking. In the sleeping area there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with two single beds and an internal bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is located in every room. Outside we find a covered area equipped with table and chairs, a characteristic large covered living room with table football and a private swimming pool equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas.
The swimming pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09. Opening hours are from 8.30am to 9.00pm
From the villa it is possible to reach the center of Lucca in 10 minutes by car, or the sea of Viareggio in 15 minutes.
