Theater: Cozy white and yellow room that is a lovely place to enjoy morning coffee or a quiet evening glass of wine to recharge from a long day of shopping or sightseeing. Access for guests 1. The property is located on the first floor (2 flights of stairs) without a lift. 2. The Theater bedroom is accessible via former service stairs (staircase type) and/or independent access to the normal stairs and balcony. 3. Singer House is a beautiful and bright apartment located in via della Zecca, a few steps from the beautiful Piazza San Francesco with many restaurants and bars. It is located on the second floor of a characteristic and typical building in the historic center and is very tastefully furnished. Upon entering we find a large entrance which leads to the large and bright living room with smart TV, double sofa bed and dining table, continuing we find two bathrooms with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. A large hallway with a beautiful glass desk leads to the bedrooms, two doubles and one twin. The house has high speed wi-fi internet and air conditioning in all rooms. Perfect for a nice relaxing holiday and also for business trips.
